It says my account already exists. How do I log in?
If you already have an account:
There are two types of login options for Faculty/Staff depending how their account is set-up:
- Students: Please click on the "USF LOGIN" at the top of the page.
- Faculty/Staff:
- If you last logged in with your NetID use the "USF LOGIN" at the top of the page.
- If you last logged in with your email address use the "Incoming/Non-USF Login" at the top of the page. If you are still setup to use your email address for login please contact the admin to have you switched over to NetID login.
If you do not yet have an account:
New accounts are started as part of the process of creating an application for the first time. For example, if you want to apply for insurance and you do not yet have an account, click “Apply Now” on the Faculty and Staff Insurance Application.
The next screen asks if you already have an account. If you do not yet have an account and are Student or Faculty/Staff then select the first option. Incoming Exchange Students and Non-USF application select “I do not yet have login credentials for this site..." and click Submit.
If you selected "USF Student or Faculty/Staff" the system will route you to the USF Single Sign-on system. Once authenticated you will get a message that an account is being created and continue with the application.
New Non-USF User's will see the form below. Fill out this form and then click “Create Account” at the bottom. When entering your institution, “UNIV OF SOUTH FLORIDA (TAMPA)” is the appropriate option for Non-USF, Non-Students (i.e. Volunteers).
If you receive a message stating that your account already exists:
The system has confirmed that you already have a working account based on your email.
Student & Faculty/Staff use the login at the top of the Education Abroad web page.
Incoming Exchange Students or Non-USF Applicants use the "Incoming/Non-USF Login" at the top of the Education Abroad web page.
On the next screen, enter your email address in the Username box, and your password in the Password box.
If you don't know your password, click “Forgot your password?” and follow the prompts in order to get a new password. The system will email you a temporary password which is good for 24 hours, giving you time to log in and create a permanent password.
If you continue to have trouble logging in, please contact Gary Bellamy at gwbellamy@usf.edu
