Getting Started Sessions

Getting Started Sessions (located in Room 3301 in the Marshall Student Center) are informational meetings that are held every Tuesday and Wednesday at 2:00 pm throughout the semester for students who are interested in studying abroad.  A Getting Started Session provides an overview of the scores of summer, spring-break and semester-length programs available to USF students, as well as needed information on the application process, and funding a study abroad program.  After attending a Getting Started Session, students may wish to schedule an appointment with one of the advisors to discuss an individual program.

Throughout the semester, we also hold program-specific informational meetings. Students can find these information sessions posted on our Events Calendar.  We strongly urge students to attend these meetings so that they may be able to begin the process towards gaining new experiences abroad.
