Applying to your program

Applying to our Database for a Faculty Led Program
(Stand Alone and Embedded)

You will need the following information completed before applying to our TDS Database:
  • Faculty Led Program Proposal Form  An electronic PDF completed and returned to Rene Sanchez
  • Faculty Department Approval Form    Completed and Signed and returned to Rene Sanchez
Once we have that information, you will be contacted by your Program Advisor to start your application in our TDS Database. The Lead Traveler Application will give us your personal and professional information that we will use to enroll you into the insurance program and book your flight.
   

Applying to an Existing Education Abroad Program (USF IN)

We have several opportunities for faculty members who would like to teach abroad but not develop a whole program. They are called our “USF IN” programs and they happen in a variety of cities during the summer. These programs will give a faculty member an opportunity to teach abroad without having to plan the housing, transportation and other logistics. These programs must be applied to and faculty are chosen from a pool of applicants.
In order to apply,
  1. Click your program of choice below and complete the PDF Application.
  2. Email the completed application to the Advisor associated with that program.
  3. Download the Faculty Department Approval Form, complete and email to rene@usf.edu 

The Deadline for applying to an existing Education Abroad Program
Academic Year 2017-18 is August 15, 2017

If you have been chosen for the program, your Program Advisor will ask you to start your application in our TDS Database. You will be completing the Associate Travel Application which includes your personal and professional information that we will use to enroll you into the insurance program and book your flight.
